Disability Pride Parade

Schedule:

• 10:00 AM
  Parade line-up at Madison Square Park.
  Specific line-up details will be emailed to the address provided during registration.

• 10:45 AM
  Remarks by parade organizers, citywide elected officials, and Grand Marshals.
  Note: This program will be repeated at 12:15 PM in Union Square for those already marching at this time.

• 11:00 AM
  Parade begins!
  Route: Madison Square Park → Broadway → Union Square Park.
  Celebrate Disability Pride with fellow participants at Union Square.

Along the Parade Route:

• Community Viewing Area:
  Broadway between 21st and 22nd Streets.
  Folding chairs were available via pre-registration (now closed). A limited number will be available on-site.

• Judges’ Review Stand:
  Broadway between 21st and 22nd Streets.
  Awards Categories:

  • Best Float

  • Best Performance (while moving along the route)

  • Best Costumes

  • Most Spirit

Union Square Events:

• 12:00 PM
  Community gathering at Union Square Park begins.
  Featuring: Organization and agency tabling, performances, and interactive activities.

• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  Program in Union Square Park.

  • 12:10 PM: Remarks by parade organizers, citywide elected officials, and Grand Marshals.
